The Saints are still my sentimental favorite

I would not mind if the New Orleans Saints won the Super Bowl this year. Last season, the Saints were the sentimental favorite after the team lost its home to Hurricane Katrina. Unfortunately, a storybook ending was nowhere in sight as the Saints finished with a dismal record. This year, the city of New Orleans is still recovering from the damage inflicted by the category 4 hurricane, and a successful Saints’ season has already helped to boost the morale of the city. Sports does matter. Imagine what a Saints victory in Super Bowl 41 would do for a city whose infrastructure and whose heart had been ripped apart. So from now on, I will be rooting for the Saints. This Sunday in the NFC Championship, the Saints play the Bears at Soldier Field in Chicago. A resurrected team paralled with a resurrected city - Go Saints!!!
